TRAINING METHODOLOGY
Step One: DEVELOPMENT NEED ANALAYSIS
To ensure that you address the right training priorities you may wish to carry out a full “development need analysis” on your staff before selecting training program. We will send you a Training Requisition Form (TRF) to make an analysis of your training needs, industry specification and skill up gradation.
Step Two: CUSTOMISATION
Once the TRF is submitted to us, our research team will work on specific training modules and contents according to your requirement. Specific organizational challenges will be addressed.
Step Three: TRAINING DELIVERY
Our trainers will deliver an interactive workshop meeting all your training goals.
Step Four: SUPPORT
We support the trainees with essential learning tools to put their acquired knowledge and skills into practice
Step Five: FOLLOW UP
We make sure that the purpose of training is served. We do a follow up on trainees to measure their performance and growth.
